This 900 mm deep cubic hood without motor is the ideal equipment for professional kitchens. Its structure in AISI 304 stainless steel and its caps in 18/10 stainless steel with Scotch-Brite® satin finish combine robustness and refined aesthetics. The reinforced weld points ensure a solid construction designed to last.

Dimensions & Composition

The set consists of three elements: one hood of 1800 mm and two hoods of 2000 mm, for a total length of 5800 mm. The height of 450 mm and the generous depth of 900 mm offer a substantial suction volume adapted to the requirements of the catering industry.

Extraction Performance

The extraction capacities differ according to the modules: 1800 m³/h for the 1800 mm unit and 2400 m³/h for each 2000 mm unit. The labyrinth grease filters ensure optimal filtration of grease vapors, while the drain tap simplifies daily maintenance. The peripheral channel and the returned inner edges facilitate complete cleaning of the appliance.
