This professional Dynasteel hood features a 900 mm depth and adopts a cubic geometry designed to blend harmoniously into intensive catering environments. The design prioritizes workspace ergonomics while maximizing the vapor capture envelope.

Premium Stainless Steel Construction

The hoods are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite® satin finish, offering exceptional resistance to chemical and thermal aggression. The assemblies incorporate strategically positioned welds to ensure lasting structural rigidity over time.

Filtration System

The equipment features labyrinth-type grease filters that effectively intercept lipid aerosols. A dedicated drain valve simplifies residue drainage and ensures compliance with HACCP hygiene standards. The integrated LED lighting provides optimal visibility of cooking areas.

Pack Configuration

The set consists of two distinct elements: a 1800 mm hood with a flow rate of 1800 m³/h and a 2000 mm hood with a flow rate of 2400 m³/h, for a total length of 3800 mm. The motorless static units are not drilled for exhaust and feature removable plates on side facades allowing the two modules to be joined according to the desired orientation to optimize airflow.
