Premium Construction
Made of 18/10 AISI304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite® satin finish, this hood guarantees exceptional durability. The hoods are assembled by professional welding. The peripheral channel and turned-in inner edges maximize cooking fume capture efficiency.
Hygiene Filtration
The integrated labyrinth grease filter system intercepts fatty particles before evacuation. A grease drain valve is provided to simplify regular cleaning operations and maintain required sanitary standards.
