Extraction Performance

The design incorporates a peripheral channel and profiled inner edges to effectively capture laden air. The labyrinth grease filters retain particles and cooking residues, maintaining a healthy working environment. An integrated grease drain tap significantly facilitates maintenance interventions.

Modular Assembly

The assembly includes two modules of 1600 mm and one central module of 1800 mm, for a total span of 5000 mm. Each unit delivers an extraction flow rate of 1800 m³/h. Side walls equipped with removable plates allow directing the extraction according to the required configuration, without the need for pre-drilling the hoods.
