The layout adapts to your operational constraints (containers not included): configuration 2 GN 1/1 + 2 GN 1/4 or alternative 2 GN 1/1 + 3 GN 1/6. This flexibility meets the specific needs of each preparation.

High-End Components

The equipment integrates an Aspera compressor, an EBM fan motor and a Carel/Dixell digital controller for precise parameter control. The evaporator coil with air circulation, compliant with European standards, features independent automatic defrosting.
