Its temperature range extends from 50°C to 300°C and it features rack control, continuous operation mode, an extraction hood as well as a front USB port. With its 9 programmable cooking phases, it accepts GN 1/1 containers for optimal use in professional kitchens.

The temperature range extends from 50°C to 300°C with a programmable timer up to 599 minutes. The 10 levels spaced 60 mm apart offer high production capacity. Nine customizable programs and three ventilation speeds adapt the heat treatment to each preparation.
