This professional Dynasteel static hood features a depth of 700 mm and a total length of 4600 mm. Its AISI 304 stainless steel structure ensures remarkable corrosion resistance and maximum durability in demanding catering environments. The 18/10 AISI304 stainless steel hoods feature rolled edges to ensure operator safety during use.

High-Performance Lighting

The equipment features high-performance LED lighting that delivers optimal brightness across all workstations located under the hood. This technology effectively illuminates the cooking area while reducing energy consumption compared to traditional solutions.

Filtration & Hygiene

The labyrinth grease filter system effectively captures grease particles and vapors generated during cooking. A grease drain valve simplifies daily cleaning operations and maintains impeccable hygiene conditions. The motorless design allows flexible installation with an external extraction unit.

Modular Configuration

The set consists of three elements: a central hood of 1400 mm and two side hoods of 1600 mm each. Compatible extraction rates are 1400 m³/h and 1350 m³/h depending on configurations. The side panels feature removable plates that are not pre-drilled at the factory, allowing connection of the two hoods according to the desired layout to optimize airflow. These static hoods are not pre-drilled at the factory for extraction. Removable plates are provided on the side panels, allowing you to connect the two hoods on the side of your choice to optimize airflow according to your configuration.
