This 900-litre negative refrigerated cabinet meets the demands of intensive kitchens. Its unpartitioned volume accommodates bulky products and food pallets without compromise. The temperature range of -22°C to -18°C is maintained efficiently up to an ambient temperature of +38°C, ensuring the cold chain under all circumstances.

Stainless Steel Robustness

Interior and exterior in food-grade stainless steel for optimal resistance to chemical aggression and impeccable hygiene. The units feature an Aspera compressor, EBM ventilation, and Carel/Dixell electronic regulation for precise control of refrigeration cycles. Rounded internal corners and a removable door seal reduce cleaning time.

Flexible Layout

Each door is equipped with 6 adjustable shelves on pegs and 3 grids of 525 × 535 mm to modulate spacing according to stored formats. The glass doors feature LED lighting facilitating content identification without opening. 4 castors (2 with brakes) ensure mobility; adjustable stainless steel feet available as replacement.
