An automatic peristaltic system dispenses detergent and rinse aid in precise doses, paired with a continuous regeneration water softener that protects circuits from limescale buildup.

HTR technology intensifies rinse pressure for effective disinfection. 5-level dynamic filtration traps food particles, while an integrated drain pump and boiler safety thermostop ensure thermal control. The self-cleaning program maintains tanks in conditions compliant with regulatory requirements.
