Motor Performance

Equipped with a 750W motor, the appliance delivers a variable speed range: 300 to 3500 rpm in cutter mode and 300 to 1000 rpm for the vegetable slicer. This flexibility allows for chopping, kneading, slicing, grating, as well as wavy cuts, batons, juliennes and dices with exemplary consistency.

Robust Design

The 4.5 litre stainless steel bowl ensures durability and resistance. The composite lid lightens handling without compromising sturdiness. The versatile feed tubes process vegetables of all sizes, while the Exactitube system guides the insertion of small-dimension products with precision.

Operational Practicality

Lateral ejection and automatic restart via the pusher streamline the workflow. The supplied D-Clean Kit facilitates disc maintenance. Beyond the six included discs, 29 optional discs extend the appliance's capabilities.
