This professional vegetable cutter meets the demands of high-output kitchens with a throughput of 600 kg/h. Designed for services handling 300 to 3000 covers per day, its all-stainless steel structure ensures durability and resistance in the most demanding environments.

Feeding system

The full moon lever hopper offers a loading volume of 4.9 L on a surface of 227 cm². A second cylindrical hopper with double diameter (Ø 58 mm and Ø 39 mm) completes the equipment. The Exactitube pusher allows easy processing of bulky vegetables such as cabbages, celery, and lettuce.

Motorization

The 1500 W asynchronous motor ensures optimal longevity even during continuous use. Two selectable speeds (375 and 750 rpm) adapt the cutting to each type of product. The three-position control lever with mechanical assistance reduces fatigue during intensive sessions.

Safety & mobility

The magnetic safety device immediately stops the motor when the cover is opened. The base equipped with an adjustable foot adapts to all floor coverings and incorporates two casters for easy movement. A storage tray allows organization of cutting tools.
