Dual Feed System
The appliance features a lever-operated hopper of 227 cm² with assisted movement and an integrated tube of 58 mm diameter, dedicated to bulky vegetables such as cabbages, celery, and lettuce. A dedicated cylindrical hopper handles long and fragile vegetables. The removable lid simplifies loading and maintenance.
Cutting Versatility
The two-speed system offers two rotation speeds: 375 and 750 rpm. This dual pace allows cutting adjustment according to product texture. Compatible with 50 interchangeable discs for dicing, fries, and various cuts (accessories available separately).
Ergonomics & Safety
The stainless steel base on casters with 2 brakes ensures optimal mobility in the production area. The side discharge chute allows direct work into standard GN containers. The 1100 W asynchronous motor integrates motor brake, magnetic safety, and automatic restart. Removable metal bowl and lid without recesses facilitate hygiene.
