The CL 55 Nutrition Fraîcheur features a professional 1100W 400V motorization, designed for high-output kitchen requirements. This power allows processing up to 1200 covers in continuous service, meeting the demanding pace of collective and commercial catering establishments.

Dual Adaptive Speed

Two rotation speeds (375 and 750 rpm) adapt according to food texture. The 58 mm feed hopper opening ingests large volumes: up to 15 tomatoes simultaneously or whole vegetables like a cabbage, without prior preparation.

13-Disc Pack Included

The equipment includes 13 interchangeable discs for various applications: slicers in 0.8 mm, 2 mm and 5 mm, graters 2 mm and 5 mm, juliennes 2.5 × 2.5 mm and 2 × 10 mm, dices 5 × 5 mm, 10 × 10 mm and 14 × 14 mm, as well as accessories dedicated to wavy and classic fries.
