Gastronorm Tank

Precise Water Bath
The water bath system ensures rapid and homogeneous melting of chocolate. The electronic thermostat allows fine adjustment of the water temperature between 20°C and 90°C, ensuring constant thermal stability for uniform tempering.
Safety & Control
A thermal safety device automatically cuts off the electrical supply in case of overheating. The waterproof touch control panel facilitates cleaning and ensures optimal protection. An external temperature probe (reference 260590) can be added for direct control of the chocolate temperature.
