The Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating withstands temperatures up to 250 °C and features double-layer technology with titanium interlayer. This architecture enhances scratch resistance and ensures optimal coating adhesion over the long term. Cleaning is easy after each use.

Versatility

Compatible with all heat sources except induction, this pan also supports oven use up to 250 °C. Its generous dimensions of 550 × 290 mm provide an ideal cooking surface for perfectly searing meats and vegetables.
