Heat Distribution

Equipped with a multi-layer thermo-diffuser sandwich base (stainless steel-aluminium-stainless steel), this pot ensures even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface. Compatible with all hobs including induction (except 60 cm model), it is suitable for vitroceramic, electric and gas cooktops. Its design also allows oven use and dishwasher cleaning.
