This Ultra Camcart insulated trolley features two independent compartments allowing simultaneous transport of hot and cold food without thermal contamination. The configuration accommodates up to 16 GN 1/1 pans of 6.5 cm, 12 pans of 10 cm, 8 pans of 15 cm or 4 pans of 20 cm according to your operational needs.

High Performance Insulation

The ultra-resistant polyethylene structure encloses a thick layer of insulating foam distributed throughout all walls and in the central divider. The removable airtight seals extend thermal retention for several hours, preserving the optimal temperature of preparations regardless of their initial state.
