Overview

This Drop-In heated shelf with white tempered glass is the ideal equipment for keeping your plates at their optimal serving temperature. Specifically designed for professional establishments, it combines modern design and thermal efficiency in a compact 1668 × 330 mm footprint.

Construction

The unit features a AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel frame coupled with a 6 mm white tempered glass surface with no visible joints. This design ensures excellent corrosion resistance, enhanced durability, and easy cleaning.

Features

The holding surface accommodates 6 plates of 26 cm in diameter. The digital thermostat provides precise control from 0°C to 90°C. Silicone heating elements distribute heat evenly, while a safety thermostat prevents overheating. The control box with indicator light is integrated into the drop-in; a variant with separate control can be supplied upon request.
