The forced-air cooling system ensures even temperature distribution, controllable via the Dixell-Carel digital thermostat. The adjustment range extends from +2°C to +8°C to preserve your preparations in optimal conditions. The unit uses R290 refrigerant gas with a power of 550 W.

Ergonomics & Accessibility

Automatic defrosting simplifies daily maintenance. The display case features a double safety glass at the front and single glass at the rear, complemented by a rear sliding tempered glass door for easy access. Interior LED lighting enhances the presentation, while casters with front brakes ensure mobility and stability. Supplied with 2 adjustable shelves.
