This ERATOS cocktail station features a sink positioned on the right side across a width of 1200 mm. Designed for demanding catering environments, it combines durability and ergonomics to streamline bar staff workflow.

Premium Stainless Steel Structure

The construction is based on AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with a satin finish. The fully welded structure connecting the worktop and lower shelf ensures remarkable stability under intensive service conditions.

Optimized Workstation

The worktop includes a 40 mm backsplash for operational hygiene. The integrated sink measures 300 × 250 × 165 mm and features an integrated drain with supplied mixer tap. The equipment also includes a pressurized glass rinser with removable grid, an integrated cutting waste bin, 2 removable polyethylene cutting boards, plus a detachable blender support with cable pass-through.

Versatile Insulated Basin

The thermally insulated basin features dimensions of 725 × 405 × 300 mm. It includes a drain, 3 movable dividers and a perforated bottom for drainage. Its configuration accommodates 2 ice compartments, 1 bottle zone, and 1 space for 7 GN 1/9 containers with 100 mm depth.

Storage & Accessories

A detachable front support offers a capacity of 7 to 9 bottles. The option to add a second bottle holder allows the station to be adapted to the specific needs of the establishment.
