The assembly combines quality aluminium and heat-resistant polypropylene for guaranteed longevity. The removable food container made of AISI 304 stainless steel in standard GN 1/1 dimensions disassembles easily, simplifying daily maintenance and ensuring impeccable sanitary conditions.

Thermal Regulation

The immersed heating element in AISI 304 stainless steel distributes heat evenly in the bain-marie. Temperature can be adjusted from 35°C to 85°C in one-degree increments, with automatic memorisation of the last setting for instant restart.

Practical Features

The digital control panel continuously displays operating time, set temperature and actual temperature. The tempered glass lid features a thermally insulated handle and a robust aluminium hinge. A label holder allows identification of preparations, while the engraved maximum fill indicator shows the 4 litre capacity.
