Automatic Sieve Model C 200 Variable Speed

Continuous Processing

This automatic sieve ensures continuous processing of washed products, even when they have not undergone prior destemming or pitting. Materials are introduced into a rotary cylinder equipped with a system of centrifugal blades at 1500 rpm that propel them against the perforated wall.

Optimal Separation

The finished product, stripped of all bitterness, is recovered by a dedicated chute. Pits, stones, bones and carcasses are extracted without crushing. Residues (skins, tails, bones, fibers) are evacuated separately via a second outlet chute.

Equipment Supplied

The device is delivered with a sieve with 1 to 3 mm perforations. A complete range of compatible accessories is available for the C 80, C 120 and C 200 models.
