Automatic Sieve C 200

Operating Principle

This hopper ensures continuous feeding of washed fruits and vegetables, whether destemmed or not, pitted or not. Inside the sieve, a centrifugation at 1500 rpm operated by rotary blades separates the pulp from undesirable elements. The finished product, freed from any bitterness, is recovered through the discharge chute — seeds, pits, bones and carcasses remain intact. Residues such as skins, stems, bones and fibers are evacuated through a separate circuit.

Included Equipment

The appliance is supplied with a sieve with perforations of 1 to 3 mm. It is compatible with all accessories from the C 80, C 120 and C 200 ranges.
